Some of "My Characters" are missing

I encountered a bug that has some of my characters disappearing from "My characters" if I changed their names and logged in later. So far Ive lost at least 2 Sorcerers(and all the progress with feats) because of that. Im almost to adventure 5 so this is really irritating.

 

Can I get a "rollback" to about a week ago in terms of progress to get my characters all back?

Have you emailed support@Obsidian.net with the issue?  They'd be the only people who could assist with the issue.

 

There was a reported issue last year regarding nicknaming characters - it was believed fixed but is still being reported: https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/92917-workaround-for-losing-characters-with-a-nickname/page-2

This is a long known bug.

You can set the name at character's creation, but avoid to change it when you started to use it.
