maybe because completed Clearing Out Crookspur before

but tried the same thing in previous version didn't get the same result

I'm not sure what's going on there, but would love to have some folks take a look at it.  Do you happen to have a save from prior to turning in the Painted Masks quest as well as after that they could use during their investigation?  If not, no biggie!
