Saint Omaku's Mercy still buggy

Hi There, the upgrades , heavy draw and decisive shot, of the war bow "Saint Omaku's Mercy" is bugged. It should give a -20% action speed instead it gives a +25% action speed when equipped.

So far i did not see any changes nor reaction. Should i even bother to write issues here? And yes , saying no is a valid answer to me.

Hey Dracul,

 

It looks like the issue you are having was not able to be reproduced in house and we haven't noticed any other reports of this elsewhere.  If you are still having this problem, would you be able to provide us with a save file where this issue is occurring?  If needed, you can find instructions on where the save files are located here.  If the save file is too large to attach in the forums, feel free to send it to me at support@obsidian.net along with a link to this thread as a reference.
