[BUG 3.1] Wall of Many Colors has 0 PEN

Like Pernicious Cloud (which I reported the other day) Wall of Many Colors (Wizard) also seems to have 0 PEN with its damaging effects.

Thanks for letting us know!  I've gone ahead and put this one into the system and linked the thread.  If you discover anything else about this please continue to post it so the devs can see and use whatever you find as a reference.
