October 31, 20187 yr Weird question. In Port Maje you can buy a helmet "Death's Maw", that grants "Death Runes" in combat. These give you a 15% reduction in recieved damage when being near a dead enemy for 10 or 15 secs, IIRC But do they automatically refresh if you keep standing near a dead enemy through the whole fight? October 31, 20187 yr The buff isn't lasting forever - each time an enemy dies near you the helm will proc and the buff (I think it has 15s base duration) is refreshed (if the previous one didn't expired). If you manage to kill the enemies fast enough to keep the buff up until the end of the fight it's a very strong helm.
October 31, 20187 yr Right. I'm using it on a high level retaliation barb (Barbaric Retaliation + very low deflection but high AR and dmg reduction). Due to the high dmg output I can hold up the buff most of the time. Usually not towards the end of a battle (if it's a longer one), but then I don't need it that much anyways. October 31, 20187 yr they do refresh as long as you have dead enemies around... that helmet is quite useful but I don't know, I was only able to buy it on my first ride, my other characters doesn't have it on the shop.
