Ok, perhaps my memory has failed but didn't the Day/Night cycle (centered on the Action Bar) used to popup a tooltip showing the Date_Time onMouseOver?

 

In 3.1 it no longer does.

I have the same problem. I'm pretty sure the time tip showed up before 3.1.

You are correct, the time should be displaying.  I'll be putting a bug in to get this fixed up.

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
