How do I upload a mod to Steam Workshop?

Hello.

 

I've just created my first mod, and was about to upload it to Steam Workshop. But I can't find any good information on how to do so.

Everything I find is very specific to a certain game, and I can't find any info for how to do it for POE2.

 

Anyone have any experience with this?
