I simply wanna point out that it's been five weeks since we've had a DevStream

 

There's one tonight (11th Oct 2018) but it's read only

 

I wanna compare your DevCasts to BeamDog (NWN EE)

 

BD do a weekly DevCast - it's usually boring but at least they do it and is highly active, they give away Ts and react to Devs (I am fully aware that you react here as well - just not as well)

 

Would it REALLY hurt to do a weekly at 10AM PST? I'm positive EVERYONE wants it.

 

It don't matter if you've got nothing new to say (try the BD casts - never have anything to tell us)

 

It matters to us if two of you can do a cast so we can adapt to questions our peers ask and build on them

I would rather have them do, whatever it is they are doing. They are game devs, not streamers or weekly online friends. Whenever there is new thing happening it is great to be able to communicate with devs, ask questions, see their perspective. As it is right now, I know that if there is Obsidian stream I have a reason to watch it. If they do it weekly no matter if they have something to discuss or not, then I will simply stop watching them all together.

There's inevitably going to be less people working on the game as it gets further away from launch date.  The game is five months old now, and I'd imagine at this point they have to decide whether doing a stream would be a more productive use of someone's time than coming up with a new ability for a weapon, or correcting some dialogue scene that wasn't triggering right, or something.  I hope they do a stream to show off some of the DLC though.
