1. During the buff period of shared devotions are all your attacks considered fire attacks for the purpose of the fire accuracy ring and penetration passive?

2. How is fire pen passive interacting here? Does only the fire lash portion of the damage benefit, or all of it?

1. Nope. Only the direct use of the FoD ability is considered to be a fire attack.

 

2. It doesn't work at all in this case.
