Reduced crafting costs perk

Has anyone taken this?  What is the actual reduction (flat percentage, fixed discount, random amount)?  Just curious since loaded pockets is a bust, I thought I might try this one next.

Superb costs 12k if that helps. That's all I can remember off the top of my head.

I couldn't find the answer to this directly any where so I figured it out according to Verde's post. That would be a 20% discount. If you would spend an average of 20k across 5 character upgrading that would be a total of 100k. You would save 20k. You would need to upgrade for 250k to equal the 50k blessing if it is down to a choice between the 2.
