Good eye as always!  Fortunately we've already got this one bugged and being worked on.  Narrative has already done a pass on this and passed it along to Area Design to fix this up.  I've added your save file to the bug report since they didn't have one, just in case they need it.  If you discover anything else similar to this, please let us know!

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
