Custom History and Reforging Swords

I used a custom history to get both the fragments for the blade of the endless paths and whispers of yenwood (I think those are the names).  When the SSS dlc was released, it worked as expected and I got the option to reforge the fragments into 1 combined sword or 2 individual weapons.  Now, using the beta and the exact same history, I just went to reforge the swords and noticed I only got 1 option (to reforge whispers of yenwood).  I ran back to my ship to make sure I didn't forget to loot it, and it wasn't there.

 

I think this is a bug.  I can make the custom history available if needed.

I rolled back to the 3.0 release and using the same created history verified that both fragments were available on the ship per normal.

Had this same bug just this morning.

It definitely worked in 3.0, but does not spawn properly in 3.01.

 

ALSO!

 

The Sky Dragon Wurm is still not showing up as it should.  This is after choosing the "Let the Sky Dragon live, and convinced Hylea to let it stay."  No Wurm in the dungeon where it should be.

This was bugged in 3.0 and still is now bugged in 3.01.

 

Not a big deal as I don't care about achievements and can just console stuff in, but it's a bug nonetheless.
