On some earlier threads (around may, june) I saw that gunners reload was bugged, meaning you can't go lower than 3 seconds - is this fixed? 

 

Also I was wondering how do you check your char's current reload speed?

I do not know anything about a bug, but looking at reload just requires looking at an equipped weapon's information.

That got fixed some patches ago.
