Issue:

I installed the App a few months ago. I bought the Characters addon, and the full Rise of the Runelord adventure.

I played several times and it worked well.

Eventually, I stopped playing for a while, lack of time.

I wanted to continue the adventure a few weeks ago, but the app does not load anymore. The splash screen appears and then it ibecomes frozen after a few second.

Can I uninstall the app, then reinstall it to see if it solves the issue?

If yes, will I have to re-pay for the addons?

And will I lose my progression?

Thx

You can try that. The collection and characters Are in the cloud.

Huaway devices have had difficulties Also before. So the next Huaway update can fix it again... maybe...

Also be sure to use same google play account after you reinstall the game! Otherwice you don`t see you save files because They Are bound to you google play account!

Hello Hannibal.

I Uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and now it works.

Thx.

Good, so it was just corrupted game files then. Better than wait upgrades...
