Hey guys sorry if these questions have been answered recently.

 

1 - Does Persistent Distraction work when using ranged weapons?

 

2 - Does Turning Wheel only effect melee attacks? For some reason I thought this effected almost everything.

1. NO, PD works only on engaged targets, i.e rogue/monk with +500% won't work
2. NO, it affect all sources of direct damage i.e Range/Melee attacks and no DoTs spells

Solo PotD builds: The Glanfathan Soul Hunter (Neutral seer. Dominate and manipulate your enemies), Harbinger of Doom (Dark shaman. Burn and sacrifice, yourself and enemies for Skaen sake)
