Can't scry in Into the Eye

No matter which character I use, if I try to scry (using the scry spell or a revelation quill), after selecting the location (the only location available, the Runewell), the game gets to a locked state where I can do nothing to progress...That is, instead of showing me the deck, it doesn't do anything...I can't cancel the action, I can't end my turn...I can still interact with some things (like viewing my hand and discard pile), but I can't do anything meaningful but quit out of the game.

Old bug... good to know that it still is there though.

If it is such an old bug, why won't they fix it?

I mean, without scrying, Into the Eye is 10 times harder and relies entirely on luck to get Karzoug to the bottom of the deck.
