The new 2H battle axe Amra has a base penetration value of 7.
Being a 2H, its base penetration value should be 8 (same as the other 2H battle axe from Beast of Winter.)
Its properties don't list the fact that it requires 2 hands but deals additional damage, even though the BoW 2H battle axe's do.
