Is there any way to select several actions of a character during the pause of the combat so that they are performed automatically sequentially?

I remember that in PoE it was pressing the key cntrl or alt

It is the shift key. In PoE and in Deadfire as well.

 

Sadly Obsidian didn't take the time to make a visible (even interactive) queue of commands where you can see what the character plans to do next (and interactive: where you could insert/delete a actions).
