Does driving flight work with the red hand arquebus?

No. But it won't jump around corners or sideways. The second enemy has to be behind the first (in a rel. wide cone). So always shoot the first enemy in the pack who's standing next to you. It also has a range.

ahh ok so it works in a short range cone

I don't know the exact range, but the cone is pretty wide and the range is not too short.
