I took the Shipwright's Plight quest when I first reached Neketaka, but I didn't complete it because I wasn't sure what solution I'm cool with.

 

Now, that I've decided to actually finish the quest (around 13 levels later), every time I go to the alley where I'm supposed to meet the thugs, they're not there. Does anyone know what can I do about it?

tWhich time of day do you look for them? They're only there at night.
