No they don’t.

Generally speaking active abilities or spells that provide the same benefit don’t stack but they do stack with passive abilities.

So if you are chasing high deflection the paladins faith of conviction ( passive) will stack with the wizards mirrored image

A spell that stacks with Mirrored Image or Wizard's Double is Llengrath's Safeguard (once it procs at 50% health).

Abilities that do +x% to all defenses stack with those who only do +y% to deflection - because for some weird reason the game considers both to be buffs that affect different things. The one is "all" while the other is "deflection" - thus they stack. Totally reasonable, right? Spock just called - he wants his logic back. ;)

Was the same in PoE by the way.

Only the highest value will be used.

Example: If you have Mirrored Image (30 deflection)+ Llengraths Displaced Image active at the same time, the +10 deflection from Displaced will be ignored, leaving you with +30 deflection, +20 reflex and the hit to grazes conversion for their duration.

Lengrath's Displaced Image has a longer duration. Presumably at some point Mirrored Image will expire and Displaced Image will take over? Or, since Mirrored Image is ablative, it can be worn away leaving just the Displaced Image spell?

Yes, both. :)

Don't confuse Llengrath's Safeguard with Displaced Image though. The first one stacks with Mirrored Image, leaving you with +50 to deflection and +20 to everything else. Once MI drops below 20 you will still have +20 to all defenses. Also stacks with Arcane Veil or Wizards Double.
