Revelation Quill fails on Runewell for Into the Eye

My game is currently bugged (likely I could take a different action to progress) where I bury Reveal Quill, proceed, then it switches to mp view for me t select an open location deck, I zoom in, and then I can only exit and continue.  This should be allowing me to set the top five cards of the location.

Sadly, this is an 'old' and known bug - and you will have to forfeit if you are not able to cancel the Quill action... Runewell is buggy in both scenarios I ran into it. Scrying spell, Eagle and Revelation Quill freeze the game and you can only use Augury, spyglasses and (probably) some treasure card XYZ Detective. Once Runewell is in game (and probably once someone sets foot there), any scrying card that forces you to choose location to scry into freezes the game.
