Best classes/races for story interaction

Just as the title says.  I know there are dialogue options just for Berath priests, for example - how about others?

IDK about "best" but if you choose:

1. The homeland of one of the factions 

And/or

2. Same race as the person you are talking to

you get custom scripts for those factions/races. 

If you choose Deadfire + Island Aumaua I think you get the most custom interactions (anecdotally not tested or counted).
