By the way: the White Witch Mask will terrify a Berserker once he gets bloodied. Not so nice...

And your own scream will get you if you spec to the circular line (the one on the right)

Okay so turns out Frostfall is REALLY strong with DoTs. Best with high damage, short duration DoTs like Cleansing Flame, Disintegrate, Arterial Strike.

 

 

 

 

 

Put this as a weapon swap on Boeroer's crazy OW build.

Check OP, just added screenshots of all the weapons. I don't know exactly how the game classifies it, but it does have attack rolls and an apparent penetration value (only impactful with lashes). I've made quite a few posts in here on it so maybe one of them addresses your idea? Otherwise I'd love to hear it!
