My partymembers are shuffled every time I load a save. The Watcher is always to the left. 
It's a chore to have to rearrange them all the time if I want stuff where I want them (interferes with gameplay flow, formations etc)

Also having this exact same issue...especially frustrating when saving at sea since there's no way to change the formation.
