Companion portrait order not saved post patch 2.0

If I drag around the companion portrait order at the bottom of the UI (i.e. hot keys 1-5), the order is not saved after I restart the game. This occurred after patch 2.0 (both beta and final).

Yup, many beta 2.0 bugs reports remain, i feel like playing beta with new DLC :/
