So he is an animal lover right? Go recruit Mother Sharp-Rock in the Cavern of Xaur Tuk-Tuk (+one the best small shields) right after Port Maje. Then at some pt sail to the Southeastern coral reefs, identify the creatures, and sail away. Eder appreciates you not harming them
