Hi guys do you know what are the best ways to counter the confused status when the beserker goes into frenzy?

I believe that anything that resistance or immunity to intelligence affliction should do it.

 

The drug Svef makes you immune to int afflictions.

 

Modwyr grants immunity if you do her quest.

 

Devil of Caroc Breastplate has an uppgrade that gives you immunity.

 

The priest has a 3 level spell (Prayer for the Mind) that gives you the "smart" insperation which should cancel out confusion.

Resistance/Immunity to intellect afflictions (the aforementioned upgraded DoC Breastplate and Modwyr) or any Intellect inspiration will do.

With my current Brute, I didn't even get the upgrade for Int. affliction resistance on DoC, because of the fighter talent Tactical Barrage. Set the AI to cast that one first (more precisely, set a condition of 'self: has int inspiration' for the use of Frenzy), and you'll never have to worry about confusion.

I'd just petrify him for the duration.
