July 26, 20187 yr I remember fighting her in the cave and I've got her the grimoire, but I never got the pistol. I've returned there to see if I did miss something, but I didn't find the weapon anywhere.
April 6, 20196 yr I have just experienced this bug in whatever the current version is as of this post (I think 4.1.2). I got the grimoire but no gun.
February 8, 20206 yr ran into this issue today. Build is: 5.0.0.0040 EDIT: I still had a savefile from before the cutscene started where eccea leaves the group. I waited until she sat down - she dropped the blaster this time. So maybe you have to wait until she is sitting down. At least I've got the item now, just wanted to let you know.
