Teammates in existing party do not spawn on Upperdeck

Slightly annoying when I want to talk to Serafen, but if he's in your existing party when you go visit your ship and enter Upperdeck, existing party members that spawn there (Sarafen, Maia, Mirken and Takata) do not spawn if they were in your party.

You have to go belowdeck then back to upperdeck in order for them to spawn.

I experience the same thing except it was only maia that was gone the others were still there

From what I gather it's the members in your current party. I normally travel with just Sarafen out of all of them, so he was the only one missing. Took Maia along for her quest, then he and she were missing. The pattern became quickly obvious from then.
