The two Rauataian Arquebusiers you can address and talk out of participating in the fight against Hamuto Stoneheel (if you decide to go the violent route) during the final stage of 'Velvet Glove, Brass Fist' don't seem to ever get removed from The Brass Citadel.

Since concluding 'Velvet Glove, Brass Fist' several in-game days have passed yet the two Rauataian Arquebusiers are still standing around at the exact same spot every time I'm at The Brass Citadel.

I've added your issue about the Rautian Arquebusiers remaining in the scene even after time has passed. Was this persistent through scene changes? (ex: leave The Brass Citadel to Sacred Stair and go back)

 

Also, could you provide us with a save file of this issue persisting?
