It seems when i load the game some items don't reflect on the stats like Casita Samelia. When i re-equip the armor the DEF stats changes. Is this just a UI bug or it really it didn't apply until i need to re-equip?

Yea I have the same issue. It's nice armor for mean characters, but  re-equiping after every loading screen is really tiresome.
