"Until rest" passive bonuses bug (1.2.0.0028)

All passive bonuses "until rest" from taverns, prostitutes etc. disappear even if you use simple "Wait" function (e.g. wait for 1 hour and all bonuses dissapears). Don't know, maybe it intended - in this case it looks very dumb and not user-friendly.

tried right know and for me it works like before (same build 1.2.0.0028)
