0 jlee Posted July 13, 2018 Posted July 13, 2018 Hi UncleRisech, After looking at your provided DxDiag, unfortunately your graphics card is below our System Requirements. Your NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT only supports up to DirectX 10. Our system requirements state that your graphics card needs to be DirectX 11 compatible. Even though your Processor says that it supports DirectX 11, your graphics card must also meet the DirectX 11 compatibility requirement. This may be why you are experiencing this issue.
