Crippling strike lost on respec

Having chosen crippling strike at character creation, and since upgraded it to Arterial Strike, when I respec crippling strike is lost entirely. I've done this repeatedly to make sure the issue can be duplicated - it can.

If I'm typing in red, it means I'm being sarcastic. But not this time.

Dark green, on the other hand, is for jokes and irony in general.

I have the same issue, my Transcendent watcher loses "swift strikes" when i try to respec (upgraded to lightning strikes)! I have also tried multiple times under multiple conditions with the same results.
