Loving this skill as we can lower the deflection skill quickly. I find that most of the mobs i meet in potd all has godly stats. Would really like other class and weapons having similar talent that lower other stats. I did notice that some enemy does not lower their deflection even with confounding blind. Not sure if it's a bug.

It is a very strong skill yeah. And since we are doing wishes: I wish I could have heart of fury on a ranger so I could use heart of fury+frostseeker+driving flight together!!!
