i am looking for a blunting belt but cant find anywhere on the internet where to get one. Anyone remembers where it drops in Deadfire?

 

And second thing, large fang needed for an upgrade of one item. Is it possible to get one early on? I know it drops from Kraken and The dragon at Ashen Maw, but what about vendors? anyone is selling that?

I checked several times and it wasnt there. Maybe the inventory scales with my level?

I've found blunting belts in those random loot locations scattered across the islands. Like battlefields, burial mounds, etc. Can't swear on which types I've seen belts in but not shipwrecks at least.
