Family Pride resolution - Ezzali arrested, that's it?

So...

Finished the Family Pride quest killing the Valera's and then reporting to Ezzali (her daughter lacks VO now).

Going outside the house she gets arrested by once again unvoiced guards who take her away, her daughter objects. Going back to her, she no longer cares... I don't think I can visit her anywhere either.

 

So... is that the ending? Why instead of leaving it at "quest over" add this awkward arrest sequence that only leaves you unforfilled since it's sloppy compared to the execution of the rest of the game, and her arrest leads NOWHERE anymore. Shouldn't it trigger new stuff to do?

I liked the arrest. Just because vengiattas are Vailian culture doesn't make them legal in Neketaka.
