Completed the quest by convincing Tuaha to take the missive and ignoring her stalker. The ending slide for Port Maje says that the assassination was successful.

If it's the planned outcome or it cannot be fixed after the quest was completed, I would appreciate the information.

Apologies for the long wait on responding. What you are seeing with your endgame slides is intended. When you hand Tuaha the missives without dealing with the stalker, there is a programmed 50/50 chance that she will either succeed in the assassination or be stopped by the stalker.

Thank you for the information. I didn't know that quest outcomes used RNG. Is there a console command to set the event to the stalker's success?
