I'm using Aloth as an example for he's got long hair that would definitely show from underneath most helms. Some hair styles would obviously be entirely concealed by some of these helms, but the majority would probably show at least something.

This is a unique helmet but I believe a common helmet also uses this model (horned helm?)

Maybe these should be consolidated into 'no partial hair with head item'? Unless stuff like tricorn caps and regular hats don't have the problem.

Oh, nvm, I looked in another thread of yours and saw that cdiaz requested each instance of it with the different types.

That's what I would have done, but Caleb said he'd rather have individual threads for each helmet here so I complied.

Just edited my post after I saw that post while you posted.

Yeah sorry smjjames,

It definitely makes it better to have a thread, but I am seeing instances where the thread will get answered once, and then not looked into again. We are working through measures to make it so this isnt the case, but as I'll be the one handling our tech forums from now on I think its the best quick resolution for me to know I've got all these in for QA to enter :) Apologies for the inconvenience! And thanks for understand and being patient as we work through our changes :)

Also, got this one logged as well! Keep them coming if encountered.

Best,

-Caleb

I like big bugs and I cannot lie...

Having the latest post (or maybe the original post as well) marked as unread when it's edited might help towards that, if part of the problem is not knowing when theres changes to the thread.
