All other members have it shown but eder is not getting any accuracey bonus from it

No. Both are a active modals and actives don't stack. Warrior Stance's ACC bonus supresses Exhalted Focus' ACC bonus.

 

You have to pick another stance or another zealous aura to prevent this.

As mentioned above, these are not expect to stack. I have bugs entered addressing the clarity of abilities that do or dont stack, so hopefully we can see something in the future.
