Pressing "1" selects all party members instead of the first party member. 

This does not occur in other, older save files. 

 

Occurs when party members are 4 or 5.

You can assign groups;

 

select your first character and press Ctrl + 1 to set it to group 1, should fix your issue

And also check your hotkeys, cuz you can set it as you like

e.g. i'm using '\' to select the whole group  due my different keyboard setting
