In Tutorial tab IMHO Near Death definition is wrong, but maybe you changed something and i'm not aware of that

 

Probably this description&image fit better for 'Death'

 

Also 'Knocked Out' deserve a description

 

 

 

 

And also in italian  localization another string is wrong and the relative icon of character sheet isn't showed in my language
