I have been trying to figure out how to run this game as administrator to hopefully fix the freezing problem I am having.  Cannot figure it out.  Can someone help me?

This may not be an issue with administrator priviledges, we do have some fixes for how to attempt to help some game optimization here.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
