I think this was removed. Does anyone know if it was intentional?

Usually you shouldn't be able to craft drugs.

Deadfire Community Patch: Nexus Mods

You couldn't craft Whiteleaf even prior to patch. You could craft many other drugs but not Whiteleaf, you couldn't also craft some other drug but I forgot which.
