I really like the little blue Orlan, but I don’t know how to build him properly, what is a powerful build for him based on the new 1.1 patch?

Sin Tee has a good one on youtube -- I didn't know how to build him until I saw that video.

 

One of the spells in that build is less good now (the cipher one that leeches armor), but other than that, the build should still work.
