Cannot respec Watcher Attributes

I'm not sure whether this was always the case from the start, since I didn't touch respec for the Watcher until this patch beta. But when I respec my Watcher, I can't change the Attributes?

 

Because this was a thing in PoE1, and I'm kind of bummed this doesn't seem to be the case here.

You can't change anyone's first level choices in this game.

  3. Adjust your preference.
