Psyblade PC now gets the bonus. Theurge Tekehu also now gets the bonus. Swashbuckler Eder and Spellblade Aloth do not.

Still present in .31

The blessing states it doubles the skill bonus, but what it actually does is plus 2 to all base skills, this gives some multi-class great advantages, don't know if it's intended?
