I initially declined Maia....so where do I find her now?

If you decline Maia and want to pick her up later, where can you do that? does anyone know?

If she isn't at the Brass Citadel with the Hazanui, you may have lost your chance to recruit her.

Same goes for Pallegina if she's not at the Vailian Headquarters. Basically you can't get too far into the story before losing the chance, although I'm not sure at what exact moment this occurs
