Hello. I don't know if anybody mentioned it (technicaly it's not a bug), but Rogue active stealth abilities (Shadowing Beyond, Smoke Cloud) could be easily exploited during battles or stealing/robbering, becose it per encounter now. If you spotted by guards - use Smoke Cloud, then walk wherever you like to go (battle mode will ends and you'll be able to continue your dirty business). Same thing with encounters - kill enemies one by one. Basically, you don't need high level of Stealth or those Fireworks to distract enemies. Leave your party at the tavern or near dungeon entrance and walk alone.

 

This exploit was first introduced in PoE 1, but due to per rest limitation was boring and hard to use. With new abilities system it's cakewalk - you can steal anything, beat anyone, without much trouble.
